Why do some rides not have the From and To addresses?

If the mobile data on your device was turned off when the ride was being tracked, the From and To addresses might not be available. You need to add them manually. Here’s how:

  • Tap the Menu button in the top left corner of the page.
  • Tap Mileage Logs.
  • Tap the ride without the From and To addresses.
  • Tap Fetch Address next to the From or To address.
    OR
  • Tap the Edit button next to the From or To address.
  • Enter or select the address.
  • Tap Save.

Note: Updating the From and To addresses will not change the route travelled and the total distance.
