You can reimburse your employees only with your organization’s base currency if you are using the country specific editions of Zoho Expense. The country specific editions are US, UK, India, UAE, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Australia, and Canada.
However, if you have created an organization in the Global edition of Zoho Expense, you can reimburse your employees with the currency of your choice. You can create an organization in the Global edition by selecting a country other than the above mentioned ones. The country/address can be later updated once the organization is created.
You can also configure the reimbursement currency for your organization that was created in the global edition. All your employee reimbursements will be made with this currency. To enable this feature, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Learn more.
