Troubleshoot

If your rides are not being tracked or if they are being tracked inaccurately, it might be because you have changed the configuration of the permissions required. To view and update the configurations:

  • Open the Zoho Expense app on your device.
  • Tap the Menu icon in the top left corner.
  • Tap My Settings.
  • Tap Mileage Logs Preferences.
  • Tap Troubleshoot.
  • If you’ve changed the configuration for any of the required permissions, the Fix button will be present next to them. Tap it. You’ll be redirected to the Settings of your device where you have to update the permission.

If you’re facing issues with the ride accuracy even when all the required permissions are configured correctly, you can raise an issue and our team will check the issue. To do this, tap Report at the bottom of the page.
