Manage Travel Policy

You can edit, clone, and delete your travel policy. In this help document, you’ll learn how to perform these actions.

Edit Travel Policy

You can make changes to the rules and the limits that you’ve configured in a travel policy by editing it. To edit a travel policy:

  • Navigate to Settings.
  • Go to Travel Policies under Users and Control.
  • Click the More icon at the right corner of the travel policy you want to edit.
  • Select Edit.
  • Make the necessary changes and click Save.

Clone Travel Policy

If you want to replicate a travel policy you had created earlier, you can just clone it. Here’s how:

  • Navigate to Settings.
  • Go to Travel Policies under Users and Control.
  • Click the travel policy you want to clone.
  • Click the More icon at the right corner of the travel policy you want to clone.
  • Select Clone.
  • A new travel policy creation page will open. Provide a name for the travel policy and edit other details based on your needs.
  • Click Save and Assign Users. A travel policy will be created.
  • You can add users to the travel policy by following the steps mentioned in the Manage Policy Users section.

Delete Travel Policy

If you no longer require a travel policy, you can delete it.

Prerequisites:

  • The travel policy you want to delete must not be the default travel policy.
  • This travel policy must not be associated with any users.

To delete a travel policy:

  • Navigate to Settings.
  • Go to Travel Policies under Users and Control.
  • Click the More icon at the right corner of the travel policy you want to delete.
  • Select Delete.
  • In the pop-up, click Delete again to confirm your action.
