AI Features

Zoho Expense comes with AI features that help you automate and manage your analytics more seamlessly. From predicting future expenses to detecting trends, providing insights, Zia, the in-built AI, works intelligently behind the scenes to keep your expense management accurate, efficient, and proactive.

Notes:

  • Forecasting, monitoring reports using Zia Insights, visualizing, and detecting anomalies are available in early access. You can write to us at support@zohoexpense.com to enable this feature for your organization.
  • The AI features are currently available only for the Trip Expense Summary report in Analytics.

Enable AI Features

To enable the AI Features:

  • Go to Settings.
  • Under Organization select AI Preferences
  • Enable the toggle next to the required features, select the preferred AI Provider and Model for the selected feature.
  • Click Save.

Insight:

  • AI Provider: It is the service that provides AI models used by the system.
  • Model: It is the specific system within your AI provider that processes your request and determines the quality of responses.

The selected AI feature will be enabled in your organisation.

Visualize, Forecast, and Detect Anomalies in Reports

You can visualize the Trip Expense Summary report in your organization as charts instead of viewing them in plain tables. Navigate to the Trip Expense Summary report, pick a chart type and configure what data must be displayed in the X and Y axes. Click View Forecast to predict the future trip expenses over a specific period based on your past data. Click View Anomaly to spot unusual patterns or errors in your reports. Learn More.

Monitor Reports Using Zia Insights

Zia Insights is an AI-powered feature that analyzes your Trip Expense Summary report and generates intelligent insights automatically. Instead of manually reviewing data, Zia examines your report and highlights important trends, patterns, and projections that matter to your business. This helps you understand the trip expenses in your organization and make informed decisions. Learn More.
