What is multi-level transaction approval in Zoho Books?

Multi-level transaction approval is a sequential approval process. Users of different hierarchies in your organization verify a transaction and suggest changes if necessary before it reaches the final approver. Multi-Level Approval helps eliminate errors in transactions. You can enable Multi-Level Approval per module, such as Invoices, Quotes, Sales Orders, Credit Notes, Bills, Purchase Orders, Vendor Credits, and more.
