Who is a final approver and what can they do?

All admins in Zoho Books are considered to be final approvers. In Multi-Level Approval, final approvers can bypass the approval hierarchy and approve a transaction once and for all.

To override other approvers and approve a transaction (if you are not one of the approvers of the transaction but an admin in the organization):

• Open a transaction that is submitted.
• Click the More icon and select Final Approve from the dropdown.

To override other approvers and approve a transaction (if you are one of the approvers with admin access):

• Open a transaction that should be approved.
• Click the Approve dropdown and select Final Approve.
