I’m not able to view the invoice’s status in the PDF. What should I do?

To display the invoice’s status in the PDF:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Click PDF Templates under Customization.
  • Select Invoices in the Templates pane.
  • Hover over the preferred template and click Edit.
  • Click Transaction Details on the left sidebar.
  • Expand the Document Details section and check the Show Status Stamp option.
  • Click Save.

You can now view the invoice’s status in the PDF.
