I’ve added a separate shipping address for some of my customers but it is not being displayed in PDFs. What should I do?

You have to enable the Shipping Address option in the transaction PDfs to display the shipping address of your customers. Here’s how:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Click PDF Templates under Customization.
  • Select the required module in the Templates pane.
  • Hover over the template for which you want to enable shipping address and click Edit.
  • Click Transaction Details on the left sidebar.
  • Expand the Customer Details section and check the Ship To option. You change the name of the field by entering a name of your choice in the text box below the Ship To field if required.
  • Click Save.

Your customers shipping address will now be displayed in the PDFs that you send to them.
