How do I print invoices on a thermal printer?

If you are using a thermal printer, you can customize the Retail Template for an invoice. Here’s how:

Go to Settings in the top right corner.
Select PDF Templates under Customization.
Select the Invoice module.
Click the +New option.
Choose from Retail - Standard or Retail - Premium templates as per your preference by clicking the Use This option.
You can customize any details from the Edit Template page.
Click Save to update your changes.

Insight: You can also choose the template at the time of creating invoices.
