How do I display the Reference number (Reference#) field in sales transactions on the Customer Statement?

To display the Reference# field in the customer statement PDF:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Select PDF Templates under Customization.
  • Select the Customer Statement module.
  • Hover over the template and click Edit to customize the template.
  • On the Edit Template page, go to Transaction Details on the left sidebar.
  • Click the Document Details section to view options under it.
  • Navigate to the Document Information section and check the box next to Reference Field option.
  • Now, click Save in the top right corner to update your preferences.
