How do I include additional information in the emails sent to my customers?

You can customize the email templates to include additional information and then send them to your customers. Both the subject line and body of the message can be customized by inserting placeholders. To insert placeholders:

  • Click the Gear icon to go to Settings.
  • Navigate to Emails.
  • Select the template that you’d like to edit.
  • Click Show Mail Content to view and edit the template.
  • Click Insert Placeholders in the right corner.
  • Select the fields that you want to include in your email and place them.
  • Click Save.

The selected fields will be available in the emails you send to your customers.

Note: If a custom field does not have any value, you will not be able to include it in the email. To send the email to your customers, remove the custom fields that do not have any value.
