My PDFs contain an additional page with no content? How do I remove the additional page?

Your PDFs will have an additional page with no content if you have not updated the annexure content. To update the annexure content:

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Click PDF Templates under Customization.
  • Select the required module in the Templates pane.
  • Hover over the template containing the additional page and click Edit.
  • Click Other Details on the left sidebar.
  • Expand the Annexure section and click Add Annexure Content.
  • In the pop-up that appears:
    • Update the annexure content or remove it if it is not required.
    • Click Clear Content if you’ve not added any annexure content.
    • Click Save and Preview.
  • Click Save in the top right corner.

Once you’ve updated or removed the annexure content, your PDFs will no longer contain the additional empty pages.
