# When will the VAT summary table be displayed in the Invoice PDFs? What should I do to enable it?

VAT Summary table is an option that is available in the UK edition of Zoho Books. It will be shown when a customer’s currency is **not** GBP and if VAT was applied on the invoice.

To enable the VAT Summary table in Invoice PDFs:

*   Click on the **Gear** icon on the top right corner and select **More Settings** from the drop-down.
*   Navigate to **Templates -> Invoices**, hover the cursor over one of the templates and select **Edit**.
*   In the **Customize Template** page that follows, scroll down and select the **Total** drop-down.
*   Click on the checkbox next to **Show UK VAT summary table**.
*   Finally, click on **Save**.

Henceforth, whenever VAT is applied on an invoice for a customer with a foreign currency, the VAT Summary table will also be displayed.
