How can my customers pay for an invoice from the customer portal?

Prerequisite: Your customers can make an online payment for an invoice only if you have associated a payment gateway with that invoice. Read our help document on how online payment works in invoices to know more.

Here’s how your customers can pay for invoices from the customer portal:

  • Log in to the customer portal using the portal URL and credentials.
  • Click Invoices on the left sidebar.
  • Click Pay Now next to the invoice for which payment has to be made.
  • Select the method of payment.
  • The subsequent steps vary based on the method chosen. Complete the payment.

Once your customer pays for an invoice, the status of the invoice will change to Paid.
