How do I customize the portal invitation mail content?

  • Go to Settings in the top right corner.
  • Click Email Notifications under Reminders and Notifications.
  • Select Customer Portal Invitation in the Emails pane.
  • Click Show Mail Content next to template you want to customize.
  • Make the necessary changes. You can customize the email content by editing the existing text or adding placeholders for the subject and body of the email.
  • Click Save.
