Currency code is not shown in the Zoho Books - Zoho CRM integration mapping page. How do I map the currency fields in both the applications?

If you are unable to map the currency code from integration page, you’ll have to first verify if:

  • The Multi-Currency option is enabled in Zoho CRM, and
  • The Currency field has been removed from the Accounts standard layout in your CRM account.

Once done, you can follow the steps below to map the currency field:

  • Go to Settings on the top right corner of the page.
  • Select Zoho Apps under Integrations.
  • On the Zoho Apps page, click Show Details next to Zoho CRM.
  • Click the Edit option for the Contacts / Customer module.
  • Map the Currency Code field under the Map Field section.
  • Click Save and Sync.
