# How do I delete a payment made for a bill?

To delete the payments recorded for the bill:

*   Navigate to the _Purchases_ module and select **Bills**.
*   Select the bill for which you want to delete the payment.
*   Under the _Payments Made_ tab, click the **Delete** icon against the specific payment that you wish to delete.
*   Click **Delete** in the pop-up that appears.
*   In the following confirmation pop-up, click **Yes, I’m Sure** to proceed with deleting the payment.
