I have received the following error message “Workflow was not executed”. How do I check the logs?

In the execution logs, you can review the status of the execution, as well as the precise time when the automation was performed. To check the same:

  • Navigate to Settings at the top-right corner of the page.
  • Select Workflow logs under the Automation section.
  • Click the action associated to the workflow and check the Execution Logs*.
