You can choose to keep a record of all your organizational data offline. If you want to do so, you would need to take a backup of all the data you have in your organization in the CSV format.
To back up your data:
- Go to Settings > Data Backup.
- Click the Back Up Your Data button.
- Click Continue.
After this, a backup of all the data in your Zoho Books organization will be sent as a CSV file to the registered email address, from where you can download it.
All the data backups you’ve done in Zoho Books can be viewed in this page (Settings > Data Backup).
- It can take around 30 minutes for you to receive the backup link from the time you’ve initiated a backup.
- The download link sent to your email address will expire 30 days post the date of your backup.
