[Back](./) # Can I cancel my customers’ subscriptions temporarily, without affecting my churn reports?  There may be times when your customers want to pause their subscription, with the intent to resume them later. This could be because of a variety of reasons, however, as a business owner, it’s important to be flexible towards your customers’ needs.  In such cases, you can Pause your customers’ subscriptions, instead of canceling them. Pausing subscriptions won’t affect your churn reports and is the recommended solution when customers request their subscriptions to be suspended (not canceled).  To pause subscriptions, you will have to enable this feature for your organization first. Here’s how: * Go to **Settings** > **Preferences** > **Subscriptions**.  * Enable **Pause and Resume**.  * Click **Save**. Now, the feature has been enabled and you’re ready to pause subscriptions. * * *
