Can my customers cancel their subscriptions by themselves?
Yes, Zoho Billing allows your customers to cancel their subscriptions by themselves from the customer portal. They’ll be able to cancel their subscription immediately, or at the end of the current term. You can configure whether you want to provide these options on the customer portal by going to Settings > Preferences > Subscription Management under Customer Portal.
If you’d prefer to let your customers cancel their subscriptions from your own website or application, you can create a ‘Cancel’ button for your customers which uses Zoho Billing’s Cancel a Subscription API.
