How do I add onetime charge for my customer?
To add a one-time charge for a customer, follow the below steps.
- Go to the Customers tab and select the customer for whom a one-time charge has to be added.
- Click on the respective subscription in the Overview section.
- Click on More drop-down icon and select Add Charge.
- Enter the amount to be charged and a short note, if needed and click on Save. >Note: A separate invoice will be raised for the one-time charge.
