Receiving Payments Using the Link
Payment links is a great way for your customers to pay you swiftly and securely. After you’ve created a payment link in Zoho Invoice and sent it to your customer, they can pay you online through the link.
Here’s what your customers will have to do:
- Click the payment link sent to them.
- Click the Proceed to Payment button.
Insight: Your customers can make a payment only using the most recently integrated payment gateway in your organisation.
On successful payment, the status of the payment link will change to Paid and your customer cannot access the link further.
The payments received through the payment link will be recorded in the Payments Received module. You can click the Payment No. of the payment link to view this payment in the Payments Received module. This payment can be further applied to an invoice of that customer when needed.
