In UK, we provide different mileage rate based on the engine capacity and other vehicle configurations. How do I configure this in Zoho Expense?

Admins can manually update the mileage rate in Zoho Expense. Here’s how:

• Click Admin View on the left sidebar.
• Go to Settings on the left sidebar.

  Click Settings in the top right corner of the page.
• Select Policies under Users and Control.
• Click the policy that you have assigned to users.
• Navigate to the Mileage tab.
• Enter the mileage rate for above 10000 miles.
• Click Save.
