How do I sign up?

Am I bound to Zoho Books forever?
No! Zoho Books is a pay-as-you-go service, so you are not bound by any contract or commitment to stay subscribed. You can cancel your subscription at any time you feel you are not satisfied with our product or service. On cancelling your subscription, you can get a full refund based on our company

How many users can I add in the Premium plan of Zoho Books?
You can add up to 10 users in the Premium plan of Zoho Books. If you require additional users, you can buy the User addon of Zoho Books at £2.5 per user per month or £2 per user per month billed annually.

Is there a limit to the number of reports I can schedule?
You can schedule a total of 5 reports in the free plan, 50 reports in the Standard plan, 200 reports in the Professional, Premium, Elite, and Ultimate plans.
What is the limit for exporting reports in different formats?
For PDF reports, you can export reports with up to 5000 records instantaneously. Other file formats (Zoho Sheet, CSV, XLS, and XLSX), support 20,000 records in an instantaneous export. If your report exceeds these limits, it will be processed asynchronously, meaning you will need to wait for a notification once the report is ready for download.
How many records can I export in the asynchronous report?
In the Free, Standard, Professional, and Premium plans, you can export up to 100,000 records in a single asynchronous report. If you are subscribed to the Elite or Ultimate plans, you can export up to 1 million records. To export more than this limit, you can filter by date and export the additional records as separate files.
