# Can I handle a sole trader business and a landlord business in the same organisation?

You can manage self-employed and UK property income in the same Zoho Books organisation. Here’s how:

*   Go to _Settings_.
*   Select **Profile** under _Organisation_.
*   Set the **Business Type** to **Sole Trader**.
*   Configure MTD for Income Tax and select your **Self Employed** business.
*   Click **\+ Add UK Property**.
*   Select your **UK Property** business.
*   Verify the details and click **Save**.

If the organisation’s Business Type is set to **Landlord**, you can select only a UK Property business. Foreign property income is not currently supported in Zoho Books.
