How do I purchase the Zoho BillPay add-on?

The Zoho BillPay add-on for Zoho Books lets businesses take better control over accounts payable. With features such as onboarding new vendors, managing vendor approvals, matching purchase orders with bills and reconciling bills, and handling batch payments, businesses can streamline their accounts payable processes and improve efficiency.

Prerequisite: The Zoho BillPay add-on is only available in the paid plans of Zoho Books.

To purchase the Zoho BillPay add-on:

  • Click Settings in the top right corner.
  • Click Manage Subscriptions under Organisation. You’ll be redirected to Zoho Store.
  • Click Upgrade next to your current plan.
  • Mark the checkbox next to Billpay and click Continue.
  • Review the order and click Confirm.
  • In the Billing Address & Payment Details, verify your billing address.
  • If you want to make a one-time payment using a credit card or any other payment method, click Non Recurring Payment and click Proceed to Pay.
  • If you want to make the payment using your Zoho Wallet, click Zoho Balance Subscription, enter the required amount in Add Funds, and click Proceed.
  • Complete the payment as per the method you selected.

After successful payment, you’ll be redirected to your Zoho Books organisation. The Zoho BillPay add-on will be automatically enabled for your organisation. Read our help document on the Zoho BillPay add-on to learn more about its capabilities and the features it offers.
