How do I create and manage multiple organisations in Zoho Books?
Zoho Books allows you to create multiple organisations under a single account.
To create a new organisation:
- Click on your organisation name present on the top-right corner and select the Manage option.

- In the page that follows, click on the New Organisation button.
- Enter your organisational details in the New Organisation form. Once you finish setting up, you will be taken to the dashboard of your new organisation.
- If you wish to switch between your organisations, click on your organisation name present on the top-right corner and choose the organisation to which you would like to switch from the drop-down.
