# When I record the mileage expense, I am not able to see the bank account. Why is that?

Mileage expenses can be associated with specific account types in Zoho Books such as **Equity** and **Other Current Liability** accounts. However, bank accounts are not available for selection. While recording a mileage expense in Zoho Books, the entry reflects the business which is reimbursing the expense incurred by the employee. Consequently, only **Other Current Liability** and **Equity** accounts will be available for selection.
