Zoho BillPay Add-On

The Zoho BillPay add-on for Zoho Books lets businesses take better control over accounts payable. With features such as onboarding new vendors, managing vendor approvals, matching purchase orders with bills and reconciling bills, and handling batch payments, businesses can streamline their accounts payable processes and improve efficiency.

Prerequisites:

  • The Zoho BillPay add-on is only available in the paid plans of Zoho Books.
  • You need to purchase the Zoho BillPay add-on to enable it for your organisation. Learn how to purchase the add-on.

Once you purchase the add-on, the following features will be available:

Note:

  • The Batch Payments and Purchase Receives modules will be added under Purchases on the left sidebar.
  • If the Zoho Inventory add-on is enabled for your organisation, the Purchase Receives module will already be available.
  • Bill payment via ACH is only available in the US and Canada editions. The number of bills you can pay via ACH will vary based on the add-on you’ve purchased.
  • Document autoscan will be added. The autoscan count will vary based on the add-on you’ve purchased.
