# How do I show units in the Quantity column in my invoice PDF?

The **Show Unit** checkbox in the PDF template settings controls this. To enable it:

*   Go to _Settings_.
*   Select **PDF Templates** under _Customisation_ in the _Organization Settings_ pane.
*   Hover over the template you want to edit and click **Edit**.
*   Select **Table**.
*   Under _Quantity_, check the **Show Unit** checkbox.
*   Click **Save** to save the template.

Units will now appear alongside the quantity values in your invoice PDFs.
