Can I change the contact sync type from one module to another?

We restrict users from changing their module for Contacts sync from Accounts/Accounts & its Contacts to Contacts or vice-versa.

In case you need to change the module, please note that the records created in Zoho Billing are synced with the currently chosen module, and will not be synced again with the new module after the switch.

If you are ok with it, you’ll have to write to support@zohobilling.com. We will analyze the data from our end and change the module.

Note: We have no restriction for changing the module between Accounts to Accounts & its Contacts and vice-versa.
