# Zoho Connect Extension

The Zoho Connect extension for Zoho Billing connects your Zoho Billing organization with Zoho Connect, allowing you to track subscription cancellations directly in your Connect group. Whenever a customer cancels a subscription, a comment with the subscription details is posted in your Connect thread. At the start of each month, a churn summary is also posted with the cancellation reasons and counts.

## Installing the Extension

To install the Zoho Connect extension for Zoho Billing:

*   Go to [Zoho Marketplace](https://marketplace.zoho.com/home) and search for the **Zoho Connect for Zoho Billing**.
*   Click **Install** on the top-right corner of the page.
*   In the pop-up that appears, read and agree to the terms and conditions of your vendor and Zoho Marketplace. Click **Next**.
*   On the Extension Installation page, select the organization for which you want to install the extension, read and agree to the terms and conditions specified. Click **Next**.
*   Authorize the Zoho Billing and Zoho Connect connections.
    *   To authorize Zoho Billing:
        *   Hover over Billing Finance Extension and click **Connect**.
        *   On the page that follows, click **Connect**.
        *   Zoho Flow requires access to your app data to fetch the necessary data from the app. Click **Proceed** to continue.
        *   In the page that follows, click **Accept**.
    *   To authorize Zoho Connect:
        *   Hover over Connect Billing Connection and click **Connect**.
        *   On the page that follows, click **Connect**.
        *   Zoho Flow requires access to your app data to fetch the necessary data from the app. Click **Proceed** to continue.
        *   In the page that follows, click **Accept**.
*   Now that you have authorized Zoho Billing and Zoho Connect, click **Next**.
*   On the following page, configure access to this extension based on roles:
    *   **All Roles** - Select this to allow all users of your organization to access the extension.
    *   **Specific Roles** - Select this to allow only certain roles to access this extension. For example, when you select _Admin_, only admins will be able to access and manage the extension.
*   Choose the **Connect Network** and **Connect Group** in which you want to be notified. You can change this later if required.
*   Click **Install** to install the extension.

## Customize Extension

To customize the extension:

*   Go to **Settings** in the top-right corner.
*   Click **Marketplace** under _Integrations & Marketplace_ in the _Extension and Developer Data_ pane.
*   Switch to the _Installed Extensions_ tab and click **View Details** below the **Zoho Connect for Zoho Billing** card.
*   Click **Complete Installation** in the information section.
*   On the page that appears, you can change the following:
    *   **Connect Network** and **Connect Group:** Select the network and group in which you want to receive the updates.
    *   **Title** and **Description** (under _Message Content_): Add or modify the title and description of the message.
*   Click **Save** after making the required changes.

## Uninstall Extension

To uninstall the Zoho Connect extension for Zoho Billing:

*   Go to **Settings** in the top-right corner.
*   Click **Marketplace** under _Integrations & Marketplace_ in the _Extension and Developer Data_ pane.
*   Switch to the _Installed Extensions_ tab and click **View Details** below the **Zoho Connect for Zoho Billing** card.
*   Click **Uninstall** on the top-right corner of the page.
*   In the pop-up that appears, click **OK**.

The extension will be uninstalled from your organization and you will no longer receive updates regarding subscription cancellation in the Connect group. You can however view the existing messages in the Connect group.
