Every thread that is assigned to you is listed under this view. Here, the threads that are open i.e., the threads that are not archived yet, will be listed under the Open view.

Following

All the threads that you follow will be listed under this view. Here, the threads that are open i.e., the threads that are not archived yet, will be listed under the Open view.

Shared with me

When you are @mentioned in the comments of any thread in an inbox that you don't belong to, it will be listed under this view. 

Draft

All the messages you save as draft will be listed under this view. Also, the message drafts that your teammates share with you will be listed here. 

Sent

All the messages you send will be listed under this view. 

Snoozed

When you snooze a thread, it will disappear from your inbox and will be listed under this view until the snooze time you've set is over or you manually cancel the snooze. 

Spam

All your spam emails will be listed under this view.

Trash

The messages that are deleted from the inboxes that you belong to will be stored in this view. Only admins can delete the messages permanently from here. You can also restore the messages from here and have it in your inbox again.

Unread

This is the global view of all your unread messages irrespective of the teams or inboxes.

Teams

Under Teams, you will find a complete list of all the teams you have created. This view presents a consolidated overview of the teams and their corresponding inboxes. Learn more.

Assigned to others

The Assigned to others view lists all the threads assigned to your team members under their respective names. Click on their name to see a list of all the threads they have been assigned.

Tags

Under Tags, you will find a comprehensive list of all the shared tags that have been created by you and your team members. Click on a specific tag to view the threads assigned with that tag. Tags created under your personal inbox will also be listed here, followed by a lock icon, indicating that only you can view and access these tags. Learn more.

This view provides a list of all the custom views that have been created by you and your team members. Custom views allow you to access specific messages easily by listing threads based on the search keywords. Learn more.
