Settings

Zoho TeamInbox Settings offer you extensive customization options to manage your preferences based on various parameters. 

1. Login to Zoho TeamInbox.
2. Click the Settings icon in the top right corner. A list of 'Quick Settings' will be displayed here.

Appearance 

Select how you want your interface to appear. Choose between Light mode, Dark mode, and Auto setting.

In Auto Mode, Zoho TeamInbox sets the appearance based on the theme in your device.

Theme

Choose the colour that is the most appealing to you from our palette and set it as the theme for your interface.

Choose from a list of images to set as the background of your left panel. You can also adjust how much you want the image to be blurred and how much you want it to be darkened.

Set Background Image

Choose from a list of images to set as the background of your left panel. You can also adjust how much you want the image to be blurred and how much you want it to be darkened.

Desktop notification

Turn this option on to be notified about incoming messages and other activities even when on a different tab on your browser. Make sure that you have allowed notifications for the application in your browser.

Conversation Mail Preview

Set how you want to view conversations in threads. Select between 'Vertical preview' and 'Horizontal preview'.

Attachments Preview

Set where you want to view attachments in threads. Select between 'Below the email' and 'Above the email'.

Assignee Listing

Set whom you want to be listed under the Assign menu by default. For instance, if you choose inbox members, only members added to the inbox will be listed in the drop-down while assigning a thread.

Default Font

Choose the font you are most comfortable reading in. The default font is Lato.

Display Language 

Choose a language for your interface. This will be the default language.
