Custom sidebar
Zoho TeamInbox now offers the ability to organize and customize your side bar. You can now tailor your side bar according to your specific needs and preferences, making it even more efficient and effective to manage your shared inbox. You can temporarily disable specific thread views from your sidebar that you don't need to access frequently, and they will no longer clutter your space. This provides an option to hide unwanted thread views and bring more focus to the conversations that need your attention.
Hide views
- In Zoho TeamInbox, right-click on any thread view and click Edit sidebar.
- Disable the thread views according to your preferences, then click Save. The thread views will be temporarily kept hidden from your side bar.
If you want to make them visible in the sidebar again, you can enable the thread views by right-clicking the thread view from the sidebar bar and selecting Edit sidebar. Click Add more folders, enable the thread views you want to display, and click Save.
Rearrange views
Zoho TeamInbox offers the flexibility to arrange the thread views on your side bar as per your preferences. You can simply right-click a thread view, choose Edit sidebar, hover over the desired thread view, drag and drop them in your preferred order, and click Save.
