How do I configure an account with MailChimp?

  1. Click Email Campaigns on the left pane of the Launch tab.
  2. Click Start.
  3. Click Authenticate MailChimp on the Zoho Survey+MailChimp page.
  4. Log on with your MailChimp credentials or create a new MailChimp account. The lists you've created in the MailChimp account will be displayed.
  5. Click the list you want to use from the Recipients section.
  6. Click Next. If you want to sign in as a different user, click Sign in as a different user and follow the sign-in process.
  7. Complete the Setup section.
  8. Click Edit in the Design section to design your email template. Drag and drop the widgets to add a heading, paragraph, or table.
  9. Click Save.
  10. Click Submit. You'll be prompted to log on to your MailChimp account.


How do I send an email campaign through MailChimp?

  1. Log in to your MailChimp account.
  2. Select the campaign you want to send.
  3. Click Edit to open the email and review the content.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Click Next.
  6. Choose a Send option:
    • Schedule: Select a delivery date and time, then click Schedule Campaign.
    • Send: Click Send Now in the pop-up that appears.
