Zoho Support requirements:
You must have:

  • A valid and active Zoho Support Account.
    In case you have not signed up for Zoho Support, please click here.

Android Requirements:

  • You need an OS 2.2 or above in your Android phone.

Internet Connectivity:
Zoho Support for Android requires an internet connection using a Wi-Fi network or a cellular network connection to communicate with Zoho Support.

Installing Zoho Support for Android

You can download and install the Zoho Support application from Google Play.

To install Zoho Support from Google Play

  1. Open Google Play, in your Android phone.
  2. Search for Zoho Support.
  3. Tap Zoho Support in the product Info screen.
  4. Tap Download.
  5. Tap Accept & Download.

The application will be automatically installed.

Initializing Zoho Support for Android

After downloading the native app for Android, you're required to -

    1. Sign-in using your regular login credentials.
    2. Initially, when you sign in through your android device, tickets existing in your helpdesk will be downloaded and this might take a couple of minutes.
    3. Choose a portal to start with (if you belong to more than one portal).
    4. Within a portal, you must select a department (if you belong to more than one department) to view the tickets underneath it.
