You can close a ticket if the customer issue is resolved. To close a ticket, do the following:
- Select a ticket from the Tickets Home page.
- Click Close button displayed in the top tab.
Also, you can find a Close Ticket button on the right panel once you open a ticket. You can click on it to close the ticket.
- After you have closed a ticket, if customer responds, then the tickets status becomes open.
- You can reopen a ticket once it is closed. Just change the status from Closed to Open.
