Change Article Status

Status of an article indicates the level of its progress as entered by an agent. Based on the status, various actions can be performed with the article.

To change the status of an article follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Click the Help Center Tab.
  2. In the Help Center home page, select an article.
  3. In the [Article] page, click Edit.
  4. Change the Status field to Draft or Reviewed or Duplicate or Publish.
