Mass Actions

You are allowed to perform certain mass actions to a bunch of tickets in one instance.

Select the check box next to a (number of ) ticket (s) and perform the below listed mass actions

    • Update: You can provide new value to any of the ticket fields for more than one ticket.

      mass update

    • Delete: Delete any number of selected tickets.
    • Assign To: Using this, you can assign the tickets in bulk to the agents. After the transfer, the new user owns all open activities of the case. Please note, completed activities are not transferred.
    • Close: Close one or more tickets using this feature.
    • Merge: Merge two or more tickets to assign as a single ticket. Refer Merge Ticket for more.
