Mass Actions

You can perform a mass update or merge or delete. To perform a mass action, do the following:

  1. In the Accounts Home page, select multiple accounts using the checkbox.
  2. Click Update.
    • In the Mass update window, select the Field to Update and provide a New value.
    • Click Save.
  3. Click Merge.
    • Select the fields to be retained in the selected Accounts.
    • Click Merge.
