Revenue Reports - Overview
The Revenue reports in Zoho Billing allows you to gain insights into your business’s net revenue, and how your business is performing in earning revenue from different countries.
Zoho Billing supports the following Revenue reports:
Net Revenue
The Net Revenue report in Zoho Billing shows you the total invoice payments that your business has received from your customers, after subtracting the total refunds made in the same period.
Chart View
The chart gives a visual representation of the net revenue for each period in the selected date range. You can choose to display the chart as a Line chart or Bar chart.
You can also group the data by:
- Months - You can view the net revenue for each month in the selected period.
- Days - You can view the net revenue for each day in the selected period.
Breakdown View
The breakdown view displays the net revenue for the selected products for each day or each month, allowing you to analyze patterns about how your business earns revenue across different periods.

The Net Revenue report in Zoho Billing allows you to analyze the total revenue that your business earns after deducting the total refunds made by your customers during the same period. This is particularly helpful to track your business’s performance and analyze revenue trends for your business.
Scenario: Patricia, a manager at Zylker, wants to view the performance of her company by taking a look at the total revenue Zylker received in the last month after deducting the total refunds in the last month. She can use the Net Revenue report in Zoho Billing to view the required information and take better data-backed decisions to improve revenue further.
Revenue by Country
The Revenue by Country report in Zoho Billing displays a list of all the countries from which your business has received revenue from your customers, after deducting the total refunds made to your customers for each month, along with the Total revenue.
Insight: The country mentioned in the address used by your customers contributes to the Revenue by Country report. If a customer without any associated address makes payments for your business, it will be contributed to the “Others” country in the report.
