Find a Partner Page

Updating your company details in the Partner Profile (screenshot) form within your US Data Center Partner Account is a mandatory requirement. Once you meet the minimum revenue criteria to qualify as an authorized partner, your submitted form will undergo approval. Following approval, your company will be listed on the Partner Listing website (Screenshot) with the designation of authorized, advanced, or premium partner, determined by your Tier level.

Partner Accounts

As per screenshot the complimentary Zoho One license will be linked to the super admin email address associated with your partner account. This license can be utilized for internal purposes within your organization. The quantity of free licenses granted will be determined by your Partner tier level. Additionally, you have the option to acquire extra paid licenses in addition to the complimentary ones.

PARTNER COMPANY → PARTNER ACCOUNTS (DEMO ACCOUNTS)

As shown in Screenshot, you have the option to activate demo accounts with two users in each account, depending on your Tier level. When setting up these demo accounts, it is crucial to adhere to the specified guidelines. 

Email Format Partner Domain

The email format for these accounts should follow the pattern: user1@demo1.partnerdomain.com, as illustrated in the screenshot above.

Additionally, you need to verify the domain @demo1.partnerdomain.com, as demonstrated in Screenshot, within your Zoho One Commentary account to complete the process."

Early Access Page

As shown in screenshot, you can utilize the Early Access option to integrate any of your existing Zoho accounts, whether they are paid or complimentary. This will grant you beta access to new features as they are introduced.

A project scope document is a summary of a digital transformation or enhancement project for a Zoho customer. It defines the project's over-view, goals, objectives, deliverables, methods, and expected business impact. The document is created before the project begins and can be updated as the project evolves.

Certifications View

The Certifications view tab, as shown in screenshot, displays the product certifications that you or your organization members have successfully completed. These certifications will not only be visible in this tab but will also be showcased on the Partner Listing website.

PARTNER COMPANY → MANAGE CASE STUDIES 

A case study is one of the better marketing tools you can use to draw attention towards your business. While testimonials and customer ratings do the job of building trust and reliability, an evidence-based case study provides further reinforcement. You can use case studies to isolate and probe individual customer problems you have solved and highlight your technical capabilities and Zoho expertise in the process. 

Manage Case Studies

It is crucial to keep case study details up-to-date by completing the required fields in the system. Subsequently, these details will undergo validation by your PAM and, upon approval, will be listed on your Partner Listing website accordingly.
