Overview 

The Notification Recipients feature allows designated partners to add and manage email addresses for receiving important notifications related to Renewals, Invoices, Commissions, and other key updates. 

This feature provides flexibility in managing email notifications by allowing partners to specify recipients based on four distinct categories. 

 Notification Categories

Partners can assign email addresses to receive notifications based on the following four categories:

  1. General

    • Notifications related to license modifications, card expiry alerts, and renewal reminders will be sent to this email address.
  2. Tag Partner

    • Notifications regarding customers mapped under a partner will be sent to this email address.
  3. Commission

    • Emails related to commission payouts and updates will be sent to this email address.
  4. Invoice

    • Invoices for every transaction will be sent to this email address.

By default, a provided email will be mapped to all four notification types. However, partners can customize preferences to receive specific notifications.

How to Access the Notification Recipients Feature

  1. Log in to your account.
  2. Navigate to https://store.zoho.com/zstore#settings/notificationpreferences

Adding a New Email Address

If additional recipients need to receive notifications, you can add a new email address as follows:

Click on the edit icon next to the existing email address.

Click on the "Add New" button.

Enter the Recipient Name and Email Address.

Click on the check box provided to receive notifications via email.

Click "Add" to confirm.

Email will be added successfully. 

Click "Save" to finalize the changes.

Once added, the new email will immediately start receiving notifications based on the selected categories.

Deleting an Email Address

If an email address is no longer needed, you can remove it using the following steps:

Navigate to the Emails tab next to "Notification Preferences."

View the list of added email addresses.

Select the email address you wish to delete.

Click on the delete icon next to the email address.

Click "Delete" to confirm removal.

Important Note:

  • If multiple email addresses are mapped, you can delete any of them.
  • However, if only one email address is mapped, deletion will not be allowed, as at least one email must be assigned to receive notifications.
