Whether you need more storage, extra users, or advanced tools, upgrading add-ons ensure that your subscription adapts to your evolving requirements without the need for a complete plan change. Follow the step-by-step guide to seamlessly enhance your subscription by selecting and adding the necessary add-ons. 

Navigate to the Manage Subscription Page: 

  • Open the product page - Navigate to the product you wish to upgrade for.
  • Access Subscription Option: Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  • Select Manage Subscription - Click the Upgrade/Manage Subscription option located below your profile details. 

Steps to Upgrade Add-ons 

  • Access the Manage Subscription Page - Navigate to the Manage Subscription section in the product for which you wanted to upgrade.
  • Click "Upgrade User/Add-ons" - Locate the Upgrade User/Add-ons button on the right side of the page and click on it. 

By following these steps, you can enhance your subscription and access additional features as needed.

  •    Specify Add-ons - Enter the number of add-ons you require and click Proceed to continue. 

  • Review Payment Amount - The amount to be paid will be calculated based on the pro-rata method, ensuring you are charged only for the remaining period in your billing cycle. 

Pro-Rated Billing Calculation 

  • Confirm and Make Payment - Verify the details of your add-on upgrade and payment information. Click Make Payment to finalize the upgrade. 

  • Receive Confirmation - Once the payment is processed successfully, you will receive a confirmation message indicating that your subscription has been upgraded with the new add-ons.
