The Home Page features a dedicated section called Quick Links, designed to provide users with easy access to essential account management options. This sections helps streamline common actions, allowing you to make important modifications quickly and efficiently without navigating through multiple settings. 

One of the key options available with Quick Links is Update Payment Method. This feature enables you to modify your saved payment details effortlessly, ensuring uninterrupted service by keeping your billing information up to date. Whether you need to switch to a new credit/debit card, update your PayPal details, or change your preferred payment method, this option provides a simple and hassle-free way to manage your payment settings. 

Updating your Payment Method

If you need to change your payment method, follow the steps below: 

Access the Payment Method page: 

  • Visit the "Payment Method" page - Open the Payment Method link.
  • Select the Payment Method to Update - Hover over the card you wish to update and click on the Change button.
    • If you are an admin, you will have access to view all saved payment methods. 

  • Enter New Payment Details - You will be redirected to the Change Payment Method page, where you can enter your updated payment details. 

  • Apply the New Payment Method - Once updated, all subscriptions linked to this payment method will automatically switch to the new payment details. 

  • Confirm the Update - Click Update to complete the process. A success message will appear once the payment method has been successfully changed. 

Viewing Linked Subscriptions: 

  • To check which subscriptions are linked to a particular payment method, click on View Subscriptions after updating the payment details. 

  • If you change a payment method, all subscriptions associated with this method will be updated automatically. 

Updating Payment Method from the Service page: 

You can also update your payment method directly from the subscription dashboard of a specific service. 

Navigate to the Manage Subscription Page: 

  • Open the Product page: Navigate to the product you wish to update the payment method for.
  • Access Subscription Option: Click on your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
  • Select Manage Subscription: Click the Upgrade/Manage Subscription located below your profile details. 

  • Navigate to the Subscription Dashboard and click on Change Payment Method.
    • If this option is not visible, your profile may be offline, or you may have used a one-time added payment method. 

  • Enter the New Payment Details and click Update. 

 

  • A success message will confirm that your payment method has been successfully updated. 

 

Deleting a Payment Method 

You can remove a payment a saved payment method from your account using the Delete option located under the Payment Methods section. This feature allows you to remove a  card, that is no longer needed. 

 

 

Important Notes Before Deletion: 

  • If the payment method is linked to active subscriptions, deletion will not be possible. 

  • You must cancel all associated subscriptions and wait for them to become inactive before proceeding with deletion. 

 

Steps to Delete a Payment Method: 

  • Navigate to the Payment Methods section. 

  • If the payment method is linked to inactive subscriptions, you can remove it using the Inactive Payment Method option.
