IN DC: Zoho Store for India

EU DC: Zoho Store for Europe

Navigate to the Subscription Page: 

To access your Subscription Page and manage your plan: 

•  Open the Product Page: Navigate to the product you wish to purchase or manage.
• Access Subscription Options: Click on you profile icon in the top-right corner of the page.
• Select Manage Subscription: Click the Upgrade/Manage Subscription option located near the plan details.

You will be redirected to the Subscription Page, where all available plans are listed. 

  Managing Store Details 

The Your Store Details section, located in the top-right corner of the page, allows you to manage key aspects of your account. The dropdown menu includes the following options: 

• Payment Method - Add, update, or remove your saved payment methods. 

• Billing Details - Modify your billing information for accurate invoicing. 

• Email Recipients - Configure email recipients for payment and invoice notifications. 

• Transaction History - View a record of your past purchases and payments. 

• Tag your Partner - Associate your account with a Zoho Partner for additional benefits. 

• Refer and Earn - Refer Zoho products to your friends and family to earn rewards.

• Zoho Subscription Balance - Check your available subscription balance for future transactions. (applicable only for INR)
