Overview: 

 This guide provides step-by-step instructions to help you view and download invoices for subscriptions that have been downgraded or cancelled (moved to a free plan) in the Zoho Store. 

Steps to View or Download Your Invoice 

Navigate to the Store Home Page 

           Go to: https://store.zoho.com/html/store/home.html

Select the Desired Service 

From the Store Home page, click on the specific service for which you want to download the invoice from "Free Services" tab. 

You'll be redirected to the Manage page for that service. 

Open Transaction History 
  • On the top-right corner of the page, click the "Your Store Details" dropdown menu.
  • From the dropdown, select "Transaction History".

This page will display a list of all invoices associated with the selected subscription.
